Description
A pin struck for the Employee of the Month, an award the Office of Recognition issued on schedule for eleven consecutive months without identifying a recipient. The blank in the citation was, per procedure, left blank.
The programme was retired when it was observed that the award honoured the month rather than the employee. Reproduced for the Archive in recognition of the months, each of which is understood to have occurred.
