Description
Issued to mark the Stapler Amnesty, a fourteen-day window during which staff could return Ministry staplers acquired in error, on loan, or for reasons since forgotten, without penalty or interview.
Three staplers were returned. The Office of Returned Equipment considers this a success, having expected none. The pin commemorates the gesture rather than the result.
