Description
The illustration depicts a long-bearded wizard in a pointed, wide-brimmed hat and a hooded robe with wide sleeves, standing barefoot. He grips a gnarled walking staff in one hand and holds a wrapped burrito, partly opened, in the other.
The subject is in contact with a hand-held ration whose era the Bureau has been unable to establish, as has his. The two were filed together on the grounds that neither could be filed anywhere else. No receipt was found on the person.
